The traditional school library has made way to the ‘Modern Learning Space.’ With its colourful and rich vibrance, the modern learning space attracts all our students and parents alike with its ambience. The variety of seating arrangements, mindfully placed around the reading space, children lay back and enjoy their moment with their favourite book.
Infirmary
in response to the global health challenges , our school maintains rigorous health and hygiene measures to ensure the safety and well being of our students and staff. These protocols include regular health checkups , sanitization practices and social distancing measure. A fully equipped infirmary is installed along with a trained nurse to handle any unforeseen situation.
Sports Infrastructure
The state of Art athletics track , indoor swimming pool , Badminton & Football Courts , skilled trainers are the few highlights of sports infrastructure at Silicon City International Mysuru.
Skill Lab
Skill Lab has been dedicated to hone the skills of the children, albeit not just for credit points but to encourage the innate ability in each child. Getting best out of waste , Knitting, embroidery, block-printing, ‘Warli’ art forms and the likes have found their way in the skill lab.
Finnish Learning Space
While the MLS aims to cater to primary, middle, and high school students, our tiny tots are not ignored; we have the Finnish Learning Space. As Silicon City Academy has adopted the Finnish pedagogy, earning the name of being the state’s first Finnish school, the Finish education believes that early learning, as early as age three, is when children’s minds absorb information from their surroundings. And the FLS is the right place to assess the young minds’ interests and inclination.
This pedagogy has five dimensions that helps both the teacher and the parent to assess the child’s innate abilities and likes.
